I can’t say enough about how amazing Laurel and the team were at Quality Collision! From the beginning, Laurel worked with me to get the best price for repairing my car. They got my car fixed up as quickly as possible and it looks brand new! Laurel’s communication, attentiveness, professionalism, and kindness can’t be beat. If I could give her and the team 10 stars I would! Quality Collision has my 100% recommendation! :)

Quality Collision Center has done outstanding work on our nonprofit’s Mobile Sensory Unit. Alec and his team got our AC running, redid the flooring, patched up the roof, and tackled a long list of other repairs to get our RV ready for community use. I also want to give a special shoutout to Patrick, who has gone above and beyond by meeting us at our storage facility multiple times to help troubleshoot issues. That kind of personal attention and willingness to help is rare, and we’re so grateful for it. If you need quality work from a team that genuinely cares, Quality Collision Center is it. Thank you, Alec, Patrick, and the whole team for supporting Sensory Tent Pals.

I had an outstanding experience with Alec at Quality Collision Repair Center in Garland, Texas. My Lance 2285 had significant exterior wall damage caused by slide movement after hitting a pothole, and my insurance company initially denied the claim, calling it “wear and tear.” Alec went above and beyond to advocate for me. He carefully documented the damage, explained exactly how it occurred, and worked directly with the insurance company to prove it was not “wear and tear”. Thanks to his knowledge and persistence, the claim was ultimately approved. The repair work was exceptional. The team welded the frame back together even stronger than the original build, and the exterior finish looks flawless — you would never know there had been damage. The craftsmanship and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. If you need RV body repair and want someone who will stand behind you and do the job right, I highly recommend Quality Collision Repair Center. Alec delivers top-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. 5 stars all the way!

I can’t say enough good things about Quality Collision! Laurel went above and beyond for me. She worked tirelessly with the insurance companies to make sure I got exactly what I needed, and she absolutely would not take no for an answer. After someone backed into my Mazda, I had to replace the entire back gate. What could have been a stressful, drawn out process ended up feeling almost too easy thanks to Laurel and the entire team. Everyone there was super nice, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. If you’re ever in need of collision repair, I highly recommend Quality Collision. They truly take care of their customers and make the process as smooth as possible! Thanks again ya'll!

Randy and crew did a great job on my car. A friend scraped the side and ground effects. I finally had a chance to get it fixed. My mechanic at Brakes and More referred me to Quality Collision and the rest is history. They matched the paint great which was no small feat as it was a custom paint job in the first place. Thanks for the work all!
